Digital Resources for Students

CCSD62 strives to have classrooms that provide Digital Learning Experiences where ALL students can:

access, engage with, create, and produce using technological tools
have agency and ownership over their learning, and
use technology to engage with the world in meaningful ways.

All of our schools are equipped with the hardware and software necessary to provide equitable and safe digital resources for students. All classrooms are outfitted with a teaching station which includes a computer, large display (projector/TV), and document camera.

Elementary (Grades K-5)

Every student in CCSD2 has access to online digital tools. For our elementary students, they can access most of these tools through Clever. For more information about the tools, please refer to the list below. The use of these tools may be relative to teacher use and grade-level.

Digital Tool	Purpose	Who Has Access	Student Login Information
Google Apps for Education	All students have a D62 Google account that gives them access to Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Classroom and other Google apps. Learn More	K-5	Username: first initial of the students last name, first initial of their first name and their 5 digit ID number @d62.org. Example: fd32145@d62.org
Clever	Clever is the online portal for elementary students to access most of their educational technology tools. Learn More	K-5	Students login to Clever using their District Google account. Select login with Google at bit.ly/clever62
Seesaw	Seesaw gives students creative tools to capture and reflect on their learning – in real-time. It’s easy to use and makes it simple to collect student work in one place and share with families.	K-5 & Invited Parents	Students login to Seesaw using their District Google account. Select Sign in with Google when prompted in the iPad app.

Middle (Grades 6-8)
